We’re jumping for joy! 🤩 Our team is growing and we are looking for an Employer Branding Marketing Trainee to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months starting earliest late February, with a possibility to continue and grow into a full-time consultant. This will start out as a part-time position (2-3 days a week).

Finders Seekers is a tech and digital talent consultancy helping our clients build winning teams. We strengthen the bridge between organizations and the talent; be it (tech) headhunting, embedded talent advisory or employer branding. We are based in Helsinki, working globally, and with occasional face-to-face co-working sessions.
You’ll join our Employer Branding team, working alongside Phuong, Karelle, Petra, and Vivi. Together, we manage a variety of local and global employer branding collaborations, and we’re looking for someone ready to jump in and support us with marketing-related tasks.
We’ll be here to guide you every step of the way, but we also want you to take on as much responsibility as you feel comfortable with. This is a hands-on role where you can truly grow and contribute in a warm team environment! We are looking for someone who will grow into a consultant and become an integral part of our team.
As an Employer Branding Marketing Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
💡Create engaging written and visual content in English
💡Set up and run social media campaigns and analyse the results
💡Supporting our EB team with marketing projects and bring in new ideas
💡Communicating with clients and colleagues in a clear manner
💡Learning the ins and outs of being a consultant
What we’re looking for in you:
⭐️ Social media skills: A social media native up-to-date with the latest trends and are able to create engaging content for social media channels
⭐️ Design and video skills: You’ve got a visual eye and are comfortable with designing, filming, and editing content
⭐️ Digital marketing skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts, such as ad campaigns, analytics, SEO
⭐️ Communication and storytelling skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
⭐️ Growth mindset: You are proactive in contributing ideas and solutions, have a desire to learn, and are not afraid to ask questions
⭐️ Project management skills: Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards in content and messaging
⭐️Team player: You have a collaborative spirit

The salary range is between 1200-1500€ / month for this part time position.

About this recruitment process:
✔️ The application period will be open until 22.01.2025.
✔️ The application MUST INCLUDE your Linkedin/CV, the video task assignment (see below for more details), and a short cover letter is optional. ONLY the applications with a video will be considered.
✔️ We will start contacting suitable candidates already during the application period.
✔️ There will be 3 discussions with our EB team and FiSe leadership team members.
✔️ Finalists will go through the Fairsight assessment (including a logic and personality test).
MANDATORY ASSIGNMENT - the EB video task instructions*:
Acting as a FiSe employee, we'd like you to create an employee point of view employer branding video for Finders Seekers that could be used to promote us as an employer.
This should be filmed vertically, in first-person (with some shots of you speaking to the camera), and last max 45 seconds.
Showcase your personality, creativity, storytelling and editing skills. Write 1 social media post to promote your video. Add these as a part of your application attachments (video format could be: mp4 or .mov)

Rewind to February 2018, our inseparable trio Saku, Petra and Sofia decided why not! Why not make the world an inclusive place where both candidates and clients can thrive? On the second of May 2018, Finders Seekers was born and our journey as young entrepreneurs started. Two months later, we hired our first employee and the growth pace gained ground.
